General Meeting of the “Chernihiv European”
On 15 April 2026, the General Meeting of the “Chernihiv European” was held. During the meeting, a number of strategically important decisions regarding the further development of the organization were adopted.
Following the vote, Hanna Dyvnych was re-elected as Chair of the organization for another term. This vote of confidence demonstrates the continuity of the organization’s course and the support of its members for the chosen strategy of activity.
During the meeting, amendments to the Statute were also approved, concerning the renewal of the organizational structure, as well as the updating of the organization’s mission and key areas of activity. The amendments are aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of the organization and ensuring its alignment with current challenges in the field of civil society development and European integration processes.
The composition of the Board was formed, and the Supervisory Board was elected. This will contribute to more effective strategic governance, greater transparency in decision-making, and an appropriate level of internal control.
The decisions adopted create a foundation for further strengthening the organization, expanding partnerships, and implementing initiatives aimed at community development and the promotion of European values in the region.
